This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Miss Davis Tutoring & Performance Limited collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of both adults and children who use our services. Where data relates to a child under the age of 18, we apply additional care in line with the UK Children's Code (Age Appropriate Design Code).

This policy applies to data collected through our website, subscription platform, and communications. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here.

1. What Personal Data We Collect

1a. Student Data

When a student registers or is registered for a subscription, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Year group
  • Exam board (e.g. AQA, Edexcel, OCR)
  • Subscription plan and academic subject(s)

We do not collect date of birth. Year group is sufficient to tailor our service appropriately.

1b. Parent or Guardian Data

Where the subscriber is a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a student, we collect:

  • Full name

  • Billing address (for payment processing)

Parents and guardians are the primary account holders for students under 18. All communications regarding the account are directed to the parent or guardian.

1c. Payment Data

We do not store payment card details on our systems. All payment information is processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We retain only a transaction reference and subscription status for account management purposes.

1d. Communications Data

If you contact us by email, we retain a record of that correspondence. If you have opted in to marketing, we hold your email address on our Mailchimp mailing list.

1e. Website Usage Data
